Arrival and departure
- From what time can I arrive?

You can arrive at the pitches from 1 p.m. onwards with a prior booking. For spontaneous arrivals, please note our opening hours. Our rental accommodations are available daily from 3 p.m.
- Until what time can I arrive?

The barrier opens until 11 PM. With a prior booking, you can arrive until 11 PM regardless of our opening hours. Without a prior booking, please observe our opening hours. We can leave a key for you at the rental properties. Please contact us if your arrival will not be within our opening hours.
- Can I book a late departure?

Our pitches are available to our guests from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:30 p.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to depart later, this is only possible by booking an additional night.
Electricity
- Is electricity included?

4 kWh of electricity per day are included. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.65 per kWh.
- What is the level of security at the venue?

The parking spaces are protected by 16 amps.
- How does the electricity turn on and off?

We use a remote metering system. The moment you drive through the barrier, the electricity at your pitch is switched on. When you come to check out, we switch the electricity off manually and bill you for your electricity consumption.
- How can I see my electricity consumption?

Your electricity consumption will be shown on your bill to two decimal places. We always charge per kilowatt-hour (kWh). If you would like to know your electricity consumption during your stay, simply come to our reception.
WLAN
- Is Wi-Fi available everywhere?

You can access our Wi-Fi at all pitches and rental properties.
- How much does the Wi-Fi cost?

You can use our Wi-Fi free of charge. You can find the password in our app, receive it from us via email, and of course also at our reception.
- Can I stream using Wi-Fi?

Yes, that's generally not a problem. Of course, there may be restrictions during periods of high occupancy.
Dogs
- Are dogs allowed where you are?

Your four-legged companions are welcome guests here. We have a fenced-in exercise area and a dog shower for your dogs. Free dog waste bags are provided and available in dispensers throughout the campsite.
- Am I allowed to put up a dog fence?

Yes, you can. If you don't have your own dog fence, you can rent one from us for €2.50 per day.
- Is the number of dogs limited?

No, you can bring as many dogs as you like. It's important to us that all our guests feel comfortable. Therefore, it goes without saying that we will be considerate of those who don't have dogs.

- What are our cancellation policies?

To allow us and you to plan, we have included cancellation policies in our terms and conditions.
- What does travel cancellation insurance cover?

During the booking process, we offer you the option to purchase travel cancellation insurance. The fee is 5% of the travel price. This protects you against cancellation fees in the event of illness or the death of a close relative (first degree).

That's not necessary. Many campers appreciate the freedom of being able to go wherever they want, whenever they want. Spontaneous arrivals are absolutely no problem with us – as long as we have space. However, during certain periods, booking in advance is advisable to secure a spot.
- Is there a last-minute cancellation option?

Yes, it exists. This option can be added during the booking process. You can then cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure without giving a reason. However, it is not possible to add this option after booking.

Yes, in addition to annual and seasonal pitches, we also offer winter pitches. Winter pitches can be reserved directly through our online booking system. For seasonal and annual pitches, please contact us.
- How much does a permanent pitch cost at your place?

What discounts are available?

We offer special deals throughout the year.
- Do you accept discount cards?

In 2025, we accept ACSI and the Obelink Membercard during certain periods. You can find these periods on the ACSI and Obelink websites or in their catalogs. The discount card must be presented no later than one day after arrival.
- Discount card after full payment

A deposit of half the trip price is required before your holiday. If you pay for your holiday in full before arrival and then submit a discount card, we will no longer be able to grant that discount.

- Do I need coins for the showers?

No, you can use the showers without coins.
- May I have a barbecue at your place?

Of course. It's simply part of camping. Gas, electric, and charcoal grills are all permitted. You'll also find comfortable grilling areas on our tent meadow, suitable for larger groups. The only exception: grilling is not allowed in the sleeping barrel area.
- Do you have a restaurant on the square?

In addition to breakfast, cocktails, and hot and cold drinks, we also offer tarte flambée and pizza. Whether you want to take it away or eat it in on our outdoor terrace, you're welcome to choose. If you'd like to visit a restaurant in town, you can find all the information in our guest app.
