Arrival and departure
From what time can I arrive?
You can arrive at the pitches from 13:00 onwards with prior booking.
Our opening hours apply to spontaneous arrivals.
Our rental properties are available to you daily from 3:00 PM.
Until what time can I arrive?
The barrier is open until 11:00 PM.
With prior booking, you can therefore arrive until 11:00 PM, regardless of our opening hours.
If you are not booking in advance, please note our opening hours.
For rental properties, we can leave a key for you. Please inform us if you will be arriving outside of opening hours.
Can I book a late departure?
Our pitches are available from 13:00 on arrival and until 12:30 on departure.
A later departure is only possible with the booking of an additional overnight stay.
Electricity and electricity consumption
Is electricity consumption included?
4 kWh of electricity per day are included in the price (for bookings after November 2025).
Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.65 per kWh. Bookings made before November 2025 will be charged for electricity consumption based entirely on usage.
Electricity consumption is fully included in the sleeping barrels.
What is the level of security at the venue?
All parking spaces are protected with 16 amps.
How is the electricity switched on and off?
We use remote selection.
The power is automatically switched on when entering through the barrier.
At check-out, we manually switch off the power and calculate the actual consumption.
WLAN
Is Wi-Fi available everywhere?
Our Wi-Fi is available at all pitches and rental properties.
There may be restrictions regarding the sleeping barrels due to the tree population.
How much does the Wi-Fi cost?
Using our Wi-Fi is free.
You can find the password in our app, in the booking email, and at reception.
Can I stream using Wi-Fi?
Streaming is generally possible.
Restrictions may occur during periods of high occupancy.
Dogs
Are dogs allowed where you are?
Dogs are very welcome here.
There is a fenced exercise area, a dog shower and free dog waste bags throughout the campsite.
Am I allowed to put up a dog fence?
Yes, a dog fence is allowed.
If you don't have your own fence, you can rent one from us for €2.50 per day.
Is the number of dogs limited?
There is no limit to the number of dogs.
It is important to be considerate of other guests so that everyone feels comfortable.
I have to cancel my vacation.
What are your cancellation policies?
Our cancellation policy is set out in the terms and conditions.
You can find these on our website.
What does travel cancellation insurance cover?
You can purchase travel cancellation insurance during the booking process.
The cost is 5% of the travel price.
The protection applies in the event of illness or death of a close relative of the first degree.
The weather is bad – can I cancel?
Bad weather is one of the most common reasons for cancellations.
However, we cannot influence the weather.
When you book, we reserve the space exclusively for you and plan staff and supplies accordingly.
Therefore, the cancellation policy according to the terms and conditions also applies here.
Optionally, you can complete a last-minute cancellation option during the booking process.
This means that free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before arrival.
It is not possible to book this option retroactively.
I don't want to book in advance.
Is advance booking necessary?
Advance booking is not mandatory.
Many campers appreciate the flexibility of spontaneous arrivals.
Spontaneous arrivals are possible, provided there are free places available.
However, during periods of high demand, we recommend booking early.
Is there a last-minute cancellation option?
Yes, this option can be added during the booking process.
This means that free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before arrival.
Subsequent bookings are not possible.
Dauercamping
Do you offer permanent camping?
We offer annual, seasonal and winter pitches.
Winter pitches can be booked directly online. View offer
For seasonal and annual pitches, please contact us personally.
How much does a permanent parking space cost?
The annual parking space costs €89 per month.
The seasonal pitch costs €125 per month.
In addition, there are consumption costs for electricity as well as annual fees for water, sewage, electricity connection and waste disposal.
The winter parking space costs a total of €379 from November to March.
Electricity is charged according to consumption.
May I register my primary residence with you?
Registering a primary residence is not permitted.
Discounts and offers
What offers are available?
We offer a variety of deals throughout the year.

Do you accept discount cards?
We accept the ACSI discount card during certain periods.
You can find the valid time periods on the ACSI website or in the catalog.
The discount card must be presented no later than one day after arrival.
Discount card after full payment
A deposit of 50% of the travel price is required before arrival.
If the travel price has already been paid in full and a discount card is subsequently submitted, the discount can no longer be granted.
During the stay
Do I need coins for the showers?
No, the showers can be used without coins.
May I have a barbecue at your place?
Barbecuing is allowed on the campsite.
Gas, electric and charcoal grills may be used.
Additional barbecue facilities are available on the tent meadow for larger groups.
Barbecuing is not allowed in the area of the sleeping barrels.
Is there a restaurant on the square?
We offer breakfast, cocktails, and hot and cold drinks.
We also serve tarte flambée and pizza – for takeaway or to eat on our outdoor terrace.
You can find information about restaurants in the town in our guest app.
Is there a bread delivery service?
Yes, we offer a bread roll service.
Please order your desired bread rolls the day before at reception or via our app.
Alternatively, you can also have breakfast with us.
