When can I arrive, and by what time?

You can arrive and set up on your pitch from 1:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. The barrier opens using your license plate.

Important: Before you arrive, check that your license plate has been entered correctly. You can update it in your booking if there’s a mistake.

You’re also welcome to check in at reception in person. You can pick up tokens for our dishwasher there and—if you’re arriving with a dog—a welcome gift for your four-legged friend when you stay for at least two nights.

Please note: If you’ve booked a pitch with a hardstanding surface, please park your caravan or motorhome on the hardstanding.

I have a discount card...

If you’re arriving with a discount card please show it on the day of arrival or the following day—even if it was already listed in your booking. The discount will then be applied to your booking; it cannot be presented at a later date.

How late can I stay on the day of departure?

Your pitch is available until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please wait until you no longer need electricity before coming to reception to pay, as the electricity will be switched off automatically at check-out and charged based on your usage.

The electricity hookup on the tent meadow is centrally located and included in the price.

How much does electricity cost?

We charge for electricity based on your consumption in kWh. The rate is €0.65 per kWh.
